Über den Bereich

Am Standort Ulm suchen wir für die Abteilung „Test Hardware" zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen „Testsystementwickler Hardware (w/m/d)".

Das Team, bestehend aus ca. 25 Mitarbeitern, konzipiert, entwickelt, konstruiert und integriert Produktions- und Kundentester für Radar-, Electronic Warfare- und Avioniksysteme für Fahrzeuge, Flugzeuge, Helikopter und Schiffe. Die Testsysteme bestehen typischerweise aus einem 19"-Rack auf Basis von COTS-Komponenten mit projektspezifischen Einschüben und einer elektrischen, mechanischen und thermischen Testadaption zur Simulation des realen Anwendungsfalls.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Konzeption, Entwicklung und Erstinbetriebnahme von Hardware-Modulen für projektspezifische Testsysteme

• Auswahl und Spezifikation geeigneter Messgeräte, Komponenten und Materialien

• Unterstützung bei der Integration und Erstinbetriebnahme von Prototypen

• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation sowie der zugehörigen Prüfspezifikationen

• Unterstützung bei der Obsoleszenzbereinigung und der Durchführung von Redesign-Maßnahmen an bestehenden Testsystemen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

• Grundkenntnisse in der elektrischen Messtechnik

• Kenntnisse in der Hochfrequenzmesstechnik (HF-Messtechnik) sind von Vorteil

• Erste Kenntnisse in SAP ERP und SAP PLM sind wünschenswert

• Grundkenntnisse in der Hardwarekonfiguration, Versionsverwaltung und im technischen Änderungswesen sind von Vorteil

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
