MERKUR Sportwetten GmbH brings together the MERKUR GROUP’s national and international sports betting operations and, with strong brands such as MERKUR Bets and Betcenter, offers an innovative omni-channel experience – in-store, online and on mobile – for sports-loving customers across Europe.

As a CRM Executive (m/f/d), you will support the planning, creation and execution of CRM campaigns across various communication channels and work closely with central and local teams to develop targeted customer journeys and optimize customer communication.

Your responsibilities

• As part of the CRM team, you will set up and create email, SMS and push messages for various campaigns and ensure their timely execution.

• In addition, you will support the creation and implementation of sportsbook and casino promotions and work closely with central and local teams to develop effective customer journeys.

• Furthermore, you will plan and execute A/B tests and use the results to identify optimization opportunities and support data-driven campaign decisions.

• Working closely with the content team, you will optimize campaign messaging and identify new content opportunities for CRM activities.

• Last but not least, you will perform quality assurance checks before campaigns go live, including reviewing journey setups, site content, newsletters, banners and other promotional materials.

Your profile

• Experience in an online betting business, preferably, or in a similar role within an online business

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment

• Experience with Excel and other MS Office applications

• Strong communication skills, creativity and a collaborative and resourceful approach to work

• Very good English language skills and good German language skills, both written and spoken

• High attention to detail, customer focus and a keen interest in sports and betting, combined with the ability to work effectively in an international team environment
